NPM's Auto High-Speed Rotary Washing machine is complete multi-functional machinery with the automatic feature which enables minimum human contact with the machine and offers ease in operation.
The machine is built on a sturdy welded MS frame with completely enclosed stainless steel sheets and doors allowing long term maintenance. This adequate design of the washing sequence allows perfect bottle-cleaning supported by two water tanks and pumping systems.
According to bottle size, the bottles will be fed through the turntable on the Infeed conveyor inside the washing area. The bottles will then be inverted in the washing area along the circular path of washing. Furthermore, the water jets clean the bottle from inside and outside according to the wash sequence and pressure applied. It is then forwarded for further operations on the line.
